what's the main issues (problems) in the figures of your link?
I'm not familiar with the macro economic figures. I do believe there exist structural problems in China economic, and lots lots of problems in practical.
But the other aspect, what I see in China is the dynamo of economic is still very strong and with immense potential, not only in big cities, but more in small cities and especially rural areas ( what I see in 3rd line cities and country side in Sichuan 链接出处).
I see the same strong dynamo and immense potential in the industry I'm working for - energy.
